With 17 years of experience in Project Management, System and Software Engineering, Priscila Zardo specializes in planning, overseeing and leading the implementation of solutions for government entities and utilities. She has led efforts of multi-disciplinary teams including third-party COTS vendors, service providers and internal staff to support successful projects spanning from strategy to operations. Priscila’s expertise includes solution architecture and systems integration planning, design, and implementation; project management, systems and release planning and implementation; and enterprise-wide detailed system and integration requirements and design definition for a wide range of utility operational technologies. Priscila started her career as a software and project engineer for Convergent Group/SchlumbergerSema and then as a project manager and senior information solutions developer for PBS&J/Atkins. Prior to joining Excergy in 2013, she was the systems engineer and community of practice lead at Enspiria Solutions/Black & Veatch. Priscila holds a Master of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning (in GIS) from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Univesidades Positivo Brazil.
